Server 2019 - Unable to Install Updates, Unable to Cleanup-image with DISM

Windows Server 2019 Standard (OS version 1809, build 17763.3232) is no longer able to process many Windows Updates - when attempting to update I am getting "Error code: (0x80073712)". Thus far, troubleshooting has suggested DISM cleanup-image (scanhealth, restore health), but neither of which will execute successfully - DISM Log refers to errors with the CBS - CBS log suggests the following which I'm trying to understand:2022-08-16 09:26:19, Error CSI 00000007 (F) STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND #560377# from Windows::Rtl::SystemImplementation::DirectRegistryProvider::SysOpenK
