Hi everyone,
I've had an issue with the relationship between my iCloud email address, and Outlook 2016 for the last six months. <g class="gr_ gr_60 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="60" id="60">Usually</g> Apple <g class="gr_ gr_58 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" data-gr-id="58" id="58">are</g> incredibly helpful - but they're being useless so I'm asking here.
I've got my iCloud email address set up on both my <g class="gr_ gr_63 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-del replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="63" id="63">iPhone,</g> and <g class="gr_ gr_54 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" data-gr-id="54" id="54">though</g> Outlook 2016. Sending and receiving emails works fine on both devices, the issue is the syncing of sent items between the two devices. To illustrate:
If I send an email to myself called "from iPhone" from my iPhone, then I will receive it on both my iPhone and my PC, however, it will only show in the sent items of my iPhone.
Likewise, if I send an email to myself called "from PC" from my PC, then I will receive it on both my iPhone and my PC, <g class="gr_ gr_55 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="55" id="55">however</g> it will only show in the sent items of my PC.
If I login to iCloud, all emails are showing in the sent items there. Apple keep telling me that it must be an issue with the way I've set up Outlook, and are unwilling/incapable of helping.
<g class="gr_ gr_57 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="57" id="57">Please</g> would someone help me? I've had my iCloud email address for years and fear that I may have to change it if this issue keeps happening.
