Our PC clients had Windows 7 Pro installed with Office 2010 (on site). We use Microsoft Exchange 2010.
Now we upgraded alle our PC clients to Office 2016 (on site).
Since that moment it all seems to be slower. But the worst performance loss is when a (random) user tries to open an e-mail message in the explorer by right clicking an attachment -> Send to -> Mail recipient. It takes almost 30 seconds to open the new Outlook mail message. It does not make a difference if Outlook has already started or not. The size of the attachment doesn't make a difference. It happens to all of our users.
We tried several things:
- repair or/and reinstall Office 2016;
- disable add-ons;
- enable/disable caching MS Exchange settings;
Does anybody know why this occurs?
Thanks.
Greetings, Peter.
