When I try to send a file from Windows Explorer I'm unable to do so due to "There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel."errorSteps to reproduce:Open Windows ExplorerRight click on any fileClick "Show more options" > "Send to" > "Mail recipient"Error above pops upExpected behaviour: Default "Mail and Calendar" app is opened, with file added as attachment.What more, I'm unable to set "Mail and Calendar" app as a default for ".mapimail" file
