Send picture as attachment from Outlook mobile?

I hope this is the right place for this question, I'm having a hard time finding an answer.

I'm working with a user who's trying to send a picture as an attachment from his Android phone using Outlook mobile but the picture keeps being added inline with the body of the message. How do you stop the photo from being inline and instead add as an attachment?

I tried the same thing with my iPhone with the same result.
