Selling my Windows 11 laptop

I reinstalled windows 11 to wipe the laptop, but up restart it takes me to the MS set screens (starting with if this for home or a business). I read that using Shift +F10 I could use he command prompt to turn off the laptop, but it seems the laptop doesn't accept any keyboard input. How can I safely turn off this laptop with registering it with my MS account?thanks!
