Seeing to OS on the device, not sure why.

Hi,I recently found that my device has two versions of WIN11 on it when it should only have one. I keep getting prompted to choose between the two on startup, but I can't figure out which is which cos they both have the same name. It's kinda making me nervous. According to MS Config:Windows 11 (C:\$WINDOWS. ~BT\NewOS\WINDOWS)Windows 11 (C:\WINDOWS): Current OS; DefaultPS: Is it normal to have Command to run and close immediately after logging in?
