Security update and Bluetooth problems

So my Bluetooth will not show up on my bottom right bar and I've just been having problems in general with it, so I decided to try and troubleshoot it Your device is missing important updates. Before troubleshooting, use Windows Update to install the latest updates and see if this resolves your device issues. But it says "Your device is missing important updates.
