Security request canceling

Currently I sent a request to change my phone number because the old phone number I no longer have as it was pawned, this is because I needed to log into my new PC but I'm unable to because its telling me I need to wait until the security request is done, so now I'm wondering if its possible to use another verification method to cancel the security request so i'm able to log into my new PC without waiting a full month.
