Security Breach through Windows Defender Alert

Windows Security Defender Alert popped up on my desktop All in One. I googled Microsoft number to call and called 1-855-497-6471. This number came up when goggling ‘computer locked’ . I spoke to Justin. He assigned a case number MS #075421. He then called me back from a second number, 1-757-529-6350 saying it’s an encrypted number with a fire wall. I gave him by IP address so he could change for suspicious activity. He had me log into Ultraviewer. I spoke to Justin on/off for several hours. He said it takes several hours to clean and restore my operating system. At approximately 5:00pm est he
