Secure boot after windows installation

Hello,I bought a new computer and it came with windows 11, but secure boot is disabled. Can I enable secure boot after installation of windows 11 without reinstalling windows?How can i enable secure boot on my Asus laptop?will it harm my laptop if i enable secure boot after installation, will there be any issues, crashes,.. (because i already installed all my apps)? I also have a fingerprint sensor, will enabling secure boot cause any problems with it?Thank you for your help
