Secondary SSD won't show up on windows

I just upgraded my CPU and my secondary SATA III SSD doesn't show up. However, it does show up in my BIOS. Things I've done already: Updated MOBO to the latest BIOSReset CMOS (by pushing the reset button at the back of MOBO)Updated the CPU's chipset driver. Enabled UEFI and TPM in BIOSSSD doesn't appear in disk management or device manager.
