Secondary account no longer there after InPlace Upgrade

I have some computers that have 2 accounts in their 2013 outlook profile. a regular account and an account for a generic mailbox. after an InPlace Upgrade Win 7 to Win 10, the second box is no longer there. I have to go back to the account settings and add the second box. outlook configurations are not supposed to follow during an InPLace Upgrade?
