Second monitor's video freezes when playing game on main monitor.

Hello, I have a new computer with windows 11When I'm playing a video game on my primary screen and want to watch a video on the second one, the video freezes and buffers as if there were internet issues. If I Alt-tab to my web browser (I'm using Brave, and I’ve also tried Chrome with the same issue), the video resumes as if nothing happened.I’ve already looked into hardware acceleration in browsers: without success.
