Second monitor randomly going dark for a few seconds.

I'm running Windows 11 on my Thinkpad P1. At work, I use a docking station and have two external monitors (my laptop is closed). My secondary monitor will periodically go black for a few seconds, then turn back on. It happens 20+ times per day. Any ideas on what's happening and how to fix it? (All my drivers are up to date and my connections/cables are all secure). Thanks!
