One of our users is unable to use the search function in Outlook 2013. No results are returned regardless of what the search term is. I have tried repairing the Office installation, rebuilding the search index both with and without Outlook checked, creating new profiles, running in Safe Mode, limiting the number of results shown. The one thing we can't try is using Cached Exchange mode, as that causes a memory error when we try to open more than a few folders.
