Search doesn't work in windows 11.

I upgraded my desktop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and many problems came out.One of the big issue is that the search doesn't work as expected.I could type the text into the search bar, but none of my apps or documents showed up.I tried reinstall the system but still doesn't work.Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks.
