Search bar or highlights icon gets stuck at highlighting.

So I found an issue with the highlighting of the search bar or highlights icon on Windows. When I click out of the search bar or highlights, the highlighting gets stuck. I find this really, REALLY annoying for me. I try to hover over the highlighting that got stuck, it it was still there. I tried clicking of one of the items that did not get stuck highlighting, but it did not work, and the only way I can get this off is click on the item that was stick at highlighting. How do I fix this issue like using the Regedit? Thanks in advance!
