SD Card Not Detecting on Microsoft Laptop Sketch

I am please looking for some help, I am borrowing this laptop from my partner and I need it to detect the SD card.I went to the Device Manager, while I was doing so I found that the “ SDHC Card Properties “ said “ Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer.(Code 45) To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.“So I did that and it said that “The best drivers for your device are already installed.”And so I was reading that we can uninstall the driver and perhaps download a new one.
