Scvmm support for Windows 11 pro for workstation?

I use windows 11 pro for workstation version 22H2 and i want to use system center virtual machine manager and data protection manager. I tried to install scvmm and ssdpm but it asked for domain user. I installed active directory, but this time active directory asks for domain name. I've searched for windows domain controller or other ways to create a domain name in windows 11, but couldn't find. I'm newbie and not sure if I'm on the right way to do it. Does windows 11 pro for workstation support scvmm and ssdpm? If it does, what is the correct way to create domain name?
