Screens turns off and wont start back up unless PC is restarted

My girlfriends screens will randomly turn off (sometimes whilst playing Games) and wont connect back up unless PC is restarted. It happens on both of her monitors at the same time.When the incidents occur she: Pressess the on/off button on both monitors to turn them on. Reconnect the cables (HDMI & power). And nothing works. You can still hear the sounds of the video she could be watching and the pc is still working as normal, just not the monitors. (as they shut off/blackscreen)I have tried:Redownloading the Graphics drivers.(the drivers are up to date)Redownloading the Display drivers.Up
