Screen turns off whenever I move away from my laptop

Hi, I recently bought a new laptop for university (Lenovo Thinkpad L14 Gen5 (AMD)) and I have my screen timeout set to 10 minutes. For some reason, once in a while my laptop screen dims after 20 seconds, and then the screen turns off after another 5 seconds. This sometimes can be mitigated by me approaching my screen, at which point the screen brightens back up again.So far I've; disabled Windows Hello, turned off the screen saver, changed battery performance to balanced, updated my drivers, yet nothing seems to workThis makes me believe its an issue with Windows Hello, or something else that
