Screen turns blurry

Hi, sometimes when I use my dell laptop (windows 11, intel i7 11th gen, intel uhd/nvidia rtx 3060 graphics driver) my screen gets blurry. Its not an external monitor but my laptop screen. Also it doesn't happen often but actually pretty rarely but its really weird and pretty annoying. Sometimees it just stops and sometimes I just restart. It happens when I scroll sometimes and move my cursor fast. Is it a virus or do I need to do any changes or what should I do?*** moved to englisch Community ***
