Screen stuck when playing media

So I am having this issue, and it has happened alot of times now. My screen gets completely frozen when I am using any streaming service on chrome. It doesn't happen when I use the apps or anything else. It gets completely frozen nothing works and I just have to press the power button to turn it off. It has happened a couple dozen times now.
