Screen scaling keeps reverting back to normal after restarting

I bought a new computer that has a screen resolution of 2560 X 1600 and the icons and everything is too small. So I increased the screen scaling to 150, but when I restart the computer, it goes back to the original. However, if I change the display resolution to anything and then click revert, the screen scaling will work. I have not been able to find a similar problem in the Microsoft community.What is the solution?
