Screen Saver not working

Screen saver worked for multiple years with Windows 10.But ever since I invoked it with Windows 11 the selected display after 15 minutes (Bubbles or Blank) never kicks in.I used these instructions.Select the Start button, then go to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen, and select Screen saver settings.
