Screen is plugged in, but I can't find the mic or speakers

Hi,I have a HP E34m G4 screen with camera, mic and speakers and I'm using Windows 11. When I plug this in using the USB-C port my camera is found in device manager, but the speakers and mic is not found (even when looking among hidden devices). Also when using zoom, google meet, teams my camera is working but the sound and mic is not working. I have downloaded and installed the newest drivers from HP and I've tried to do a factory reset of the monitor. I have also made sure I have all the newest updates of Windows, but the problem consists. Any advice for how to solve this?Thanks,Terry
