Screen goes black when I turn on secure boost

Hello, recently I upgraded to windows 11, and when trying to play some games it tells me that I need to turn on secure boost when I did all that was shown on my screen was a black screen, the logo sometimes shows up and I can’t get it to work, I have a i5 and a 1650 super
