Screen glitches when entering/exiting full screen with HDR on

When watching HDR content in VLC If I try to go to full screen, the video goes black and glitches and the audio suddenly disappears or lags. Once everything goes back to normal, the video clearly drops frames. When I exit fullscreen, the screen brightness is lowered drastically and the only (temporary) fix is resetting the GPU driver with the key combo. I already tried to set the output module to open gl for windows and the tone mapping to reinhard non linear.I have the same issue with HDR fullscreen games, in this case Minecraft with Auto HDR:Steps of the issue: I start Minecraft, Minecraft g
