Screen glitches after using Roblox Studio.

Hello, sometimes when I use Roblox Studio for prolonged times, or I leave the application on idle, my screen will tear and burn with the ui from the application. https://gyazo.com/9333af0716c201f42704899225bfcdcdlink above because Microsoft cant import an image ^I tried to restart and shut down my computer, however none of this worked. I went into display settings and turned the refresh display from 144 to 60Htz, and the screen began flickering rapidly. So it appears its not a screen burn from prolonged use.
