Screen flickering to black screen when moving the mouse

I recently updated my laptop with windows 11 and I'm not sure if it started because of me updating it or if it would have still done so but either way, it wasn't right after I updated it but shortly after. every time I seem to move my mouse around at all, my hole screen starts to flicker back and forth to a black screen then back to my screen then flickers back to black screen and then back to my screen. Sometimes it even gets stuck on the black screen, and I really have to move my mouse around and start clicking to get it to flicker back to my screen. Does anybody know what could be causing t
