Screen flickering in safemode and i can only move my mouse and ctrl alt del to open task maneger

Hello everyone I need some helpI've resetted my computer because it was running slow recently. Then i came across this problem of "User profile failed the sign in" I watched a vid that will fix that and they told me to go on safemode with networking. I did that and the screen start flickering and i cant press windows R because the screen is all dark and the buttom headings are flashing.
