Screen flashing my taskbar’s color

Last night I tried logging onto my pc after having shut it down. upon logging in like normal, my screen was all pink (the color i have my windows set to) and it was jusy flashing my taskbar. I pressed ctrl+alt+del to open that menu, which displayed fine, and opened task manager. My gpu usage was spiking between 100 and 2 rapidly. From there, I tried booting into safe mode, but the same thing happened on my screen. After that didnt work, I loaded ubuntu from a drive to start up and even that couldn’t load up properly (wouldn’t read anything in my pc). Any guidance I can get on this? Even lettin
