Screen DIMS when running apps like Think or Swim or Trading programs

Windows 11Screen DIMS when running apps Think or Swim or Trading prgrams. when I load a trading app program the trading app immediately starts to dim... like its going into power saver mode BUT I'm plugged in.IF I minimize the app and open say Edge the screen slowly BIGHTENS BACK. what can I do?
