Screen capture error

Since the last weeks I have problems while making an screen capture having a secondary monitor connected. The image I get is wrong and not what it should.I have already contacted the monitor manufacturer (Samsung, they couldn't help) and the laptop (Thinkpad, I have installed updated drivers, but also didn´t work). Therefore, I think this may be related with Windows. Can anybody help me?I have included and example of what I get when trying to screen capture this page. As you could see the text is uncomplete and deformed.Thanks in advance!
