Screen Blacking out when opening multiple windows

[Windows 11]

Its annyoing hell of a thing disturbing me I reinstalled windows reset the drivers uninstalled old ones noting affected my issue.The problem occurs when i open two applications side by side the when i move my cursor to one application my screen blacks out and when i stop moving my cursor it comes back to normal.I have recorded a video of this instance happening however i am unable to upload in this question no option
