Screen apsect ration wrong

I played Skyrim on my MSI laptop which I've been playing without issue for years, but yesterday when I finished it seemed my entire monitor was zoomed in. My desktop, internet display, icons, other games, loading screens, word documents, everything was just slightly zoomed in. I checked the Magnifier feature and disabled it, didn't fix it. I googled around and checked my scaling and screen resolution, but the scaling is already at 100% and can't go lower, and the resolution's still at it's default, and none of the other resolutions I could change it to fixed it.
