School network not connecting to windows.

Hi . My laptop (dell inspiron) which's upto date has been acting up a lot with the school network.Whenever i try at home or with a hotspot it works.but with school wifi it does rather shows:no connection,secured".I have tried every single options i have seen on community posts.Now how do i fix it as its causing me a big trouble.
