Scanner Name not displayed properly in New Scan dialog of WIA2 GUI

Dear Community,

We have installed our WIA driver and configured Scanning Device on Windows 8.1 Italian OS.

When we invoke WIA UI, Scanner Name is not displayed properly(only 3 letters then ... is displayed) in New Scan Window on WIA2 UI.

Note: In English OS, Scanner Name is displayed properly.

Is this know behaviour of Italian OS? Is MS providing any fix for this in future build or update?

Can we Customise Default WIA2 UI?
