Scanner is not working on Canon All-in-One Printer.

I am not able to scan documents. I have no issues with printing but I am not able to scan any documents. I have troubleshooted according to your website and nothing has worked. How can this problem be fixed? I have researched and found that many people are having the same issues with other printers as well. What is microsoft doing to rectify this issue? I need a solution as I use my scanner frequently. This is an inconvenience!
