Hi
I work for a major supplier of office equipment and since a Windows update yesterday we have seen 3 different makes of photocopiers fail while trying to scan to a shared folder. We have contacted the manufactures support who have instructed us to contact Microsoft.
Please can you advise if you are aware of this issue, and the fix ?
The updates all all the computers we have encountered this issue on are as follows:
2019-01 Security and Quality Roolup for .NET Framework 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2 for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB4481480)
2019-01 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4480970)
Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - January 2019 (KB4480970)
Kind regards
