Scammed Using UltraViewer

I was hacked/scammed with a virus popup and my computer locked up. It told me to call the Microsoft number. I did and they asked my install UltraViewer so they could unlock my computer!!! Regrettably I did!!! My questions are: If I walked away from my computer how much info do they have access to? Everything? or just what is open? Can they just see it or can they download everything? ex. documents in my File Explorer, drop box... Thank you!Lessons Learned
