Scam pop up from fake Microsoft website

I was online earlier today on my lap top which uses Microsoft 10 OS. A scam pop up appeared whic said my computer had been blocked, and to call 877-757-6318. Obviously, I am not going to do this. So how do I get rid of it so I can use my lap top again?
