Says Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft Account on old pc (Win 10) but, can't activate it on new Windows 11 pc.

Do I need to buy a new license? Old PC said I was eligible to upgrade to Windows 11 but my hardware wasn't good enough. Do I need to deactivate old pc?No devices were appearing in Reactivate Windows for the past 3 days until today suddenly my old pc appeared it says "Unsupported versionThese devices were registered with a version of Windows 10 that does not support this feature." Windows Professional. New PC is Windows 11 Pro.slmgr /dlv from old PC.In the Activation state the Error Code is 0x803Fa067Tried all the troubleshooting and get help info. Also I don't remember how I got this Digital
