Saving an older W10 Pro laptop?

Dell E7470 needs a fresh install. Was running W10 Pro, and it is not capable of W11, as far as I can tell from this and other sites. But I can't find a "legitimate" W10 Pro to buy anywhere. So computer is just a brick now? Also, the 7470 does not have a disk drive. so need to download certain files to a USB. Any ideas? Thanks.
