Save Battery software from Microsoft Store

In order to extend the life of my battery, I installed the Save Battery software from the Microsoft Store as I was led to believe that I could adjust the charge levels to what I needed to increase/decrease how much it charged before it would stop charging. However, the software was configured to let it charge up to 60% and not higher, and there was no way to change this.
