Satellite pro 4600 with Windows XP - fergot User Password and Admin Password - USB not recognizable on BIOS - HirensBootCD

Hello guys, im having a situation where i want to access the computer to reset the password but has i try to boot from the HirensBootCD iso file, the usb is not recognizable from the bios, and so i can't boot it from the usb. I cant replace the OS as i work for a company and because we don't have a new license for the OS Windows XP. It's an old computer and we just want it to be a replacable in case of emergencies.
