Samsung S20 FE 5G will not pair with Windows 11 Computer

I got a new computer 2 weeks ago, and I have been trying to pair my phone ever since. I have phone link connected, running smoothly but my phone will not pair directly with the computer. However, my friends Samsung S24 pair, connected...stayed connected on the first attempt. The only reason this is really an issue for me, is because I am not able to share files between my phone, and my computer which happens to be causing a great deal of frustration. I have restarted both my phone, and computer. I have checked for driver updates, computer and phone updates...everything is up to date, and "work
