I have connected my Samsung Portable M3 1TB hard drive to a Windows 10 laptop, and the hard drive is being read in Devices and Printers and Disk Management however is not coming up on File Explorer, so I cannot access any information on my hard drive.
Have already tried:
Devices and Printers ; Samsung M3 Portable ; Troubleshoot ; troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem ; troubleshooting report ; no issues detected = did not fix issue
Windows + R ; devmgmt.msc ; update driver ; search automatically ; best driver already installed = did not fix issue
Windows + R ; devmgmt.msc ; uninstall ; restart computer = did not fix issue
Windows + R ; devmgmt.msc ; properties ; general ; this device is working properly = did not fix issue
I have very important data on this hard drive and would like a resolution as soon as possible. I have followed instructions on previous threads on solutions but none have worked.
