Samsung Notebook Windows 7 Laptop Infinate Boot

I dropped my Samsung Notebook np300n4c laptop running Windows 7 from around 2 feet off a couch and it landed on the battery. The laptop will attempt to boot, but it won't let me log in to my user and it'll only attempt to boot. I've had that laptop since August 2014 and I updated it to Windows 10 in 2017, but then reverted back to Windows 7 in early 2018. I'm betting it's a broken hard drive but if it was a broken hard drive it wouldn't attempt to boot.
